Web App: Simple Stopwatch
Description: Simple Stopwatch is a stopwatch with basic functions. You can select start/stop and set a split time. There is a large time display in landscape mode. The maximum stop time is 10 hours. You can also deactivate Display-Timeout and play a Sound Signal for 10 seconds when the selected time is reached.
Important: Setting Display-Timeout to OFF will prevent your device from dimming and locking the screen. This can drain your battery.
Supported Devices: Chrome on Win10/11, Linux (tested on Mint21), Android (12 or higher) and Safari on iPhones/iPads (iOS12 or higher). Display-Timeout is not supported on older iPhones (less than iOS 18.4). Sound Signal is not supported on iPhones/iPads, Macintosh.

Description: Simple Level can be used as simple spirit level on devices with a gyro sensor (gyroscope). Devices should have a flat back side. There is a circular and a tubular mode available, depending on device orientation. Please Calibrate before use. Please read Important Saving Issues to prevent data loss. The accuracy varies by about 1°. OK for simple checks but too much for precise measurements.
Supported Devices: Chrome on Android (12 or higher) and Safari on iPhones/iPads (iOS12 or higher). For Safari (iOS13 and later) you have to grant Motion&Orientation access when calibrating. Safari does not support tubular mode and orientation lock in landscape mode.

Web App: Simple Altitude
Description: Simple Altitude shows the height of the position above the mean sea level in meters or feet (measured via GPS, integer rounded). You can save an altitude and show the delta (difference) to your current altitude. Please read Important Saving Issues to prevent data loss
Important: If GPS signal is too low just wait a few seconds. If GPS signal is still too low (e.g. in a building) try to get a better signal outside, press Reset and try again.
Supported Devices: Device with active GPS is required. Works on Chrome and Firefox Android (12 or higher) and Safari on iPhones/iPads (iOS12 or higher). Chrome seems not to support the altitude accuracy and the height deviation seems to be larger (50m higher than iPhone). On Laptops location signal mostly is wifi/network based and too low.

Web App: Simple Tel
Beschreibung: Simple Tel (only German Version) ermöglicht die einfache Wahl einer Telefonnummer. Bis zu fünf große Buttons mit Namen und Telefonnummer sind konfigurierbar. Bei Button Klick wird die Telefonnummer an die Telefon App des Handys übergeben. Der Anruf erfolgt dann wie gewohnt über die Telefon App.
Über eine Schutzansicht kann die Button-Konfiguration aus- und eingeblendet werden (auf Startseite 3 Sek. oben auf Simple Tel drücken). Zur Vermeidung von Datenverlust bitte Wichtige Speicherhinweise lesen.
Wichtig: Bitte keine Testanrufe von Notrufnummern durchführen! Leider ist das Testen von Notrufnummern (z.B. 110, 112) nicht möglich, da es sich im gesetzlichen Sinne um einen Missbrauch der Notrufnummern handelt und strafrechtlich durch die Behörden verfolgt werden kann.

Web App: Simple Lamp
Description: Simple Lamp is a simple pocket lamp using the camera flash light of your device. There is also a blink and a hold mode. A warning appears if battery level is below 25%. You have to grant camera access after first start.
Supported Devices: Simple Lamp runs in Chrome on Android devices (Version12 or higher). It also seems to run on newer iPhones (except battery level, tested with iOS 18.5). Device must have a camera with a camera light.
Note: As you can not directly access the camera light with JS this web app uses a workaround. MediaDevices function and ImageCapture are used to switch the lamp on and off. This is experimental!

Web App: Simple Solarwinkel
Beschreibung: Simple Solarwinkel (only German version available) berechnet den optimalen Azimutwinkel und Neigungswinkel für Photovoltaik (PV) Solarpanels am aktuellen Standort über Breiten- und Längerad für Datum und Uhrzeit. Die Sonnenstrahlen treffen dann genau rechtwinklig auf die Solarpanel-Fläche. Die Ergebnisse sind ganzahlig gerundet.
Der Neigungswinkel ist der Winkel des PV Solarpanels zum Boden. In der Photovoltaik ist der Azimutwinkel des PV Solarpanels die Abweichung von der optimalen Südausrichtung. Zusätzlich werden die astronomischen Sonnenwinkel Azimut und Elevation berechnet.
Hinweis: Die Berechnungsgrundlagen stammen aus dem YouTube Video 'Berechnung der Sonnenposition' der Fachhochschule Ostschweiz.

Description: Simple Unit Converter converts the most common units. Please use decimal point as decimal separator. Max. input length is 15 digits (with decimal point).
You can also convert the common GPS position values. Position values are always roundet to 6 digits (decimal values) or 3 digits (minute, second values). Button Prefixes shows a table with metric prefixes.

Web App: Simple MediaChecker
Description: Simple MediaCheck offers a simple way to check your camera, microphone and speaker. It is not a comprehensive test, but only checks the basic availability and function.
Note: You can not select the device. The active decive in the device settings will be used. Dependig on browser, active microphones and speakers may appear more times in the device list.
Important: You must grant permission for camera and microphone to use Simple MediaCheck ('Allow this time' is sufficient). You can remove granted permissions after the check. Supported Devices: Chrome on Win10/11, Linux (tested on Mint22), Android (12 or higher) and Safari on iPhones/iPads (iOS12 or higher). Chrome on Samsung seems to have problems with webcam check. Firefox on Samsung seems to work.
